How to register and make representations
You do not need to register to view the documents but you must register in order to make a representation. There are a number of steps that must be taken to make a representation using the online consultation system:
- Register your details with the Council by clicking on the link at the top of this page and filling in the registration form. In order to register, you will need to give us your name, email and postal address. This will enable us to contact you to confirm that your representation has been received.
- Once you have registered, click on the link to the current consultation above to begin making your representations on the consultation documents.

Links have been placed next to each section throughout the consultation document to allow you to submit representations.
- The system will allow you to attach up to four PDF or JPEG files of up to 4MB each to your representation.
- If your representation is over 100 words long you will be asked to enter a summary of up to 100 words before you can submit it. Both your full text and your summary will be available to view.
- Click this icon to view any representations that have been made.
- If you wish to return to the online LDF consultation system in the future, you will need to login using your email address and password.
If you are not able to create PDF documents you will find a free online PDF conversion tool on the Adobe website (new window) and free PDF conversion software on the Cute website (new window).
